Project Manager / Superintendent Field Operations

Job Classification:  Exempt


Job requirements:

  • 10 or more years Construction and Electrical Experience
  • Valid CDL Class A with clean driving record or capable of obtaining.
  • Organized with a strong attention to detail and capable of working with minimum supervision.
  • Strong Computer, Microsoft Office, Spreadsheets, Adobe PDF and other software experience required.
  • Reports to Lead Project Manager and Upper Management.
  • Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communications skills.
  • Self-Motivated and desire to teach and learn multiple trades.
  • Overnight travel required.
  • Ability to Supervise, Direct and Lead Crews and Coordinate equipment/material/jobsite activities.
  • Manage and keep track of multiple project progresses, work schedules, subcontractors and resource allocation.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety, health, and quality standards.
  • Create cost estimates for labor, supplies, materials and other project costs.
  • Coordinate materials and equipment delivery with vendors and suppliers.
  • Assist in procuring and receiving subcontractors quotes and assign work accordingly.
  • Maintain a daily log for the job site's operations, reporting to management as necessary.
  • Make changes in the operation as necessary to best meet construction deadlines.
  • Implement management techniques that are cost-effective and efficient.
     

Hours required:  Monday thru Friday 40-60hrs; Occasional weekend and Night work required.

Job Details / Experience:

  • Supervise and provide expertise in Installations of Advanced / Leading-Edge technologies.
  • Civil, Electrical, Concrete and Electric Vehicle Installations.
  • Small and Medium Heavy Equipment Operation.
  • Experience in various types of Construction.
  • Great customer service, excellent communication abilities, including writing, speaking and active listening.
  • Knowledge of construction budgeting best practices.
  • Exceptional time and planning skills, including design execution, resource allocation and contingencies.
  • Understanding of construction equipment, including safe operating practices and signs of maintenance issues.
  • In-depth understanding of local, state and federal construction regulations.
  • Great problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Effective leadership abilities, like motivation, goal setting and conflict management.
  • Organizational skills, including time management, delegation, prioritization and multitasking.


Physical Requirements:

  • Frequent walking and climbing (stairs, ladders, terrain, and all type of power and hand tools).
  • Frequent lifting (up to and including 80 pounds), bending, twisting and standing.
  • Exposure to working indoors and outdoors in all-weather conditions.
  • The individual must also be able to wear and properly utilize appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). This includes hard hat, safety glasses, reflective vest, ear plugs, steel toed shoes, or other protective equipment as required by the specific task.


Perdiem:  $ 240-420/weekly

Crew Chief / Crew Leader

CREW CHIEF / CREW LEADER

Job Classification:  Non-Exempt / Hourly


Job Requirements:

  • 6 or more years Construction and Electrical Experience.
  • Valid CDL Class A with clean driving record or capable of obtaining.
  • Organized with a strong attention to detail and capable of working with minimum supervision.
  • Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communications skills.
  • Self-Motivated and desire to learn multiple trades.
  • Overnight travel required.
  • Ability to Lead Crews and Coordinate equipment/material/jobsite activities

  • Organized with a strong attention to detail and capable of working with minimum supervision.
  • Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communications skills.
  • Self-Motivated and desire to learn multiple trades.
  • Overnight travel required.
  • Ability to Lead Crews and Coordinate equipment/material/jobsite activities

  • Self-Motivated and desire to learn multiple trades.
  • Overnight travel required.
